2023 BREWERS APPLICATION

BENEFITS TO PARTICIPATING BREWERS:

• Education, networking and tastings.
• Build and market your brand.
• Support the craft beer industry.
• 10 x 10 Booth Space (booth not included).
• (1-2) 6ft./8ft. Tables and (2-4) Chairs (if needed if you do not have your own).
• Ice will be provided as a courtesy by Summer Suds Brewfest, however you must provide your own ice bins/buckets.
• Proceeds will benefit the Fountain Valley Community Foundation, an organization that provide services and funding resources through public/private partnerships for social, cultural, recreational, patriotic, military and educational needs that will enhance the quality of life for the community of Fountain Valley.

 PARTICIPATING BREWERS MUST PROVIDE:

• 1-4 Pour Staff (must have at least 1 brewery staff present at your booth at all times.) Staff must be 21 and over. If you need volunteers, please specify so in the Comments section with further details.
• Provide all equipment necessary to dispense your beer properly (jockey box, CO2, etc.) If you have specific needs, CONTACT US.
• Submit a Signed Craven Declaration (PDF) to Summer Suds Brewfest no later than 30 days prior to event.
• Proper License per Craven Declaration
• Provide a Brewers Hi-Res Logo (vector .eps/.ai file (or Illustrator pdf file) preferred, otherwise 300 dpi transparent background .png)
• Provide your own 10 x 10 Branded Booth Set-up.
• Certificate of Insurance (COI) is REQUIRED (also known as vendor insurance). Proof must be provided prior to the event. One million ($1,000,000) per occurrence; $2,000,000 aggregate limit. Auto Liability required to drive onto event premises to load and teardown. Upon approval, you will be emailed the Additional Insured, Date of Coverage and Certificate Holder information for this event.
