Event is strictly 21 and over. You must be 21+ years old with a valid photo ID to attend, no exceptions. No children, infants, toddlers, or strollers will be allowed into the event. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Food is prepared by and is the sole responsibility of an independent vendor and not the event.

Intoxicated Guests
All guests of the Fountain Valley Summer Suds Brewfest are expected to drink responsibly and ensure they have a safe, responsible means of transportation before leaving the event. Any guest who is intoxicated before entering the event may be denied entry to the event. Any guest found intoxicated within the event and/or causing a disturbance, as determined by management, will be asked to leave the facility without refund and may be subject to further consequences. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to remove any individual(s) from the event for behaving inappropriately. You will be escorted out by security and not allowed back in!

Other Terms and Conditions
Ticket holders or attendees of the event consent to being filmed, photographed, and recorded as members of the audience. The resulting film footage, images and recordings may be used to promote the Summer Suds Brewfest/O Entertainment event in print, various forms of media, and on websites. You consent that the footage remains our property and we may use it in conjunction with promotion of our event however we choose.
Event goers must comply with all relevant statutes, laws, safety announcements, restrictions and regulations while attending the event. Breach of any of these conditions or any unacceptable behavior likely to cause damage, nuisance or injury shall enable Fountain Valley Summer Suds Brewfest, its security personnel, volunteers, staff, or event organizers to eject the attendees from the event site without a refund.
